dona di Carlo lives and works in In graduate school she was introduced to kinetic and electronic sculpture. She then began to think in terms of movement. Suspense and interest is often found in the elements in her work. The viewer is drawn in by the enchanting and suspenseful pieces, enticed to touch the different textures while each sense is satisfied. dona's jewelry is organic in nature, and resembles jeweled living objects. Her use of material; chain maille and fine silver wire, provides the perfect media to express her ideas. |
